  • To enter, simply visit the Royalsweeps.com web site and complete the online registration form. You may enter multiple times.
  • This sweepstakes is sponsored by Royalsweeps.com (also referred to as "Royalsweeps" or "Sponsor"). Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families, and the Sponsor's subsidiaries, agents and affiliated businesses are not eligible to enter to win. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Royalsweeps its officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers and agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in this Sweepstakes, or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Contest Rules, the Royalsweeps.com Privacy Policy, and to the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age, with the exception that this sweepstakes is void in New York and Florida and all territories and protectorates of the United States, and where specifically prohibited by law.

  • This sweepstakes has multiple creative presentations on the Royalsweeps.com website. Different creative presentations may present a different prize, and the prizes referenced in each creative presentation may have different retail values. There is only one prize winner selected from among all registrants who enter through the multiple creative presentations on the Royalsweeps.com website. The prize winner who is selected and notified will be able to make his/her choice of which prize to claim from among all those offered. The current collection of prizes offered are:

    Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash prize of the same retail value
  • If you are selected as a Winner and are notified by Royalsweeps, we will contact you by email, telephone, or postal mail. You must respond within seven days, or else we will select another winner. Entries will be deemed made by the person under whose name the entry was registered, regardless of who actually submitted the entry.
  • Prizewinners may be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release within 30 days following notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Winners may be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, passport, a voting card or similar government issued identification. Return of any prize / prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.
  • Contest ends on December 31, 2008.
  • All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Royalsweeps reserves the right to withhold taxes from each winning prize as appropriate.
  • Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Royalsweeps and its affiliates to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
  • By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Royalsweeps, its legal representatives, any prize providers, and all sponsors and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisors, assignees, licensees, representatives, agents and any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.
  • In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Royalsweeps which, in the sole opinion of Royalsweeps, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Royalsweeps reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes.
  • Each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees and under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increases. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine.
  • Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a contestant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Royalsweeps will diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.
